Also we always say war is inevitable because of reasons listed, but we forget that both stalin and hitler had highly totalitarian regime and cult of personality, what they personally think was more important than what we estimate. For example chamberlain quickly replaced after making terrible diplomatic mistakes, as their state wasnt totalitarian and had a 'background core' the people heavily affected britains politics behind the screen, I assume I can make sense with these words.
