Frankly that song is pretty much a fun story about how cheeky Satan tempting people.
A much more Satanist would be Skeleton Christ or Cult by Slayer. Tho I believe their songs are more about the great many fucked up things of our world than the active participation in them. As from the movie Straight Outta Compton: they are reporting and not doing.
