Yeah I did it by hand, if it were a bigger coil a power drill or a lathe might make the job easier

I doubt it will make that much of a difference that my coil has 200 windings. What matters it that it goes into resonance when activated, by using the right circuitry for it.The primary is just a few loops of thicker wire around the secondary so that should be easier.
