For final words, three posts. I will include only one file each, because uploads are slow. Not sure yet which ones.
I've never listened Metallica this way methodically, one album after the other, or tried to compare their songs, although they were played frequently. Here's what I think about the whole lot.
First my opinion, how I feel about them.
1. Kill 'Em All - Great. Would be excellent with thicker sounding, and deeper vocals (like Hetfield on The Black Album), but the setup came with that era sadly.
2. Ride the Lightning - Okay.
3. Master of Puppets - Good.
4. ...And Justice for All - Okay.
5. The Black Album - Okay.
6. Load - Great, but this is not Metallica.
7. Reload - Meh.
8. St. Anger - Okay-ish.
9. Death Magnetic - Okay.
10. Hardwired... to Self-Destruct - I dunno yet, I need more exposure to judge. For now, it's meh.
