This comes after two of his cabinet members died of corona last month, after he has denounced the pandemic as a hoax for a year, going as far as testing a goat and watermelon positive on WHO tests to prove they're a scam, and after rumours that he's been secretly accepted for treatment for corona in Nairobi, Kenya.
