Exactly. Austria, Sweden, and Finland are EU members, so despite not NATO (yet), they do what America says. They aren't neutral.
Switzerland sucks the peepee of the closest and strongest anyway.
From these four Austria is the only one that not out of way btw. Many countries don't have that luxury.
