Yes, it's understandable.
This thread give me an idea about some kind of an "Imageboard Observer" which would be about the IBs, what's happening with them, changes they implemented, migrations of communities, or whatever - without turning it into a gossip column. Sadly I've no time and energy to implement it, so I'm just throwing this out, maybe someone picks it up.
