Well, probably not, that might have been a huge exaggeration if not outright lie. What he should have said was America was not involved in any major conflicts like Syria, Gaza, Yemen or Ukraine during Trump's years in office. There was more or less muscle flexing and media hissy fits but not much more than that. A year after Biden came into office, that's when all these new wars/genocides started exploding all over the place and it's been escalating since.
