I'm not sure what's going on with the VPNs, as I don't use one myself and I tend to ban single IPs rather than the Ban Type options of wide range or narrow range. Which might mean it's an Admin choice and you may want to ask >>>/operate/ why this is happening. I could be wrong about that. We don't actually work together.
