It's just the md5 of the binary file data plus a suffix which depends on the file type. A file with the content "nigger" became c35312fb3a7e05b7a44db2326bd29040-applicationoctet-stream.so

$ echo -n nigger | md5sum

c35312fb3a7e05b7a44db2326bd29040  -

BTW, md5 is insecure.
