for the videos from CNN you have to delete the playlist part of the url for it to download with endtube/youtube-dl

for instance

has to be put into a list as

http://edition.cnn.com/videos/sports/2016/06/10/gordie-howe-mr-hockey-obit-mobile-orig-mss.cnn

For it to download.
