I'm sorry anon, I don't check this board as often because it rarely gets activity. I can assure you that I haven't changed any board settings here so I don't know what's up with the uploads. If you're still having problems there's a dedicated file support thread stickied in /operate/. If you tell Odil what the issue is I'm sure he'll help.
