All I'm seeing is a 300x300 alpha channel with that one. You're better off using Gimp or Photoshop over the size canvas Drawing option.

I'm not aware of a pixel limit, but over 100MB file sizes (videos) used to fail uploading. Though I haven't tested after the last migration. Ask >>>/operate/
