I searched for and found some article about unclaimed lands on "culturetrip" then looked up each land mass. Every one of them is owned by either a nation or individual besides Antarctica and eastern Greenland having some unclaimed land though since the 1959 Antarctica Treaty, the United States may still declare claims on any land there and Denmark has reigned over Greenland since the 1910s. Archibald Kennedy, 8th Marquess of Ailsa was selling Ailsa Craig island in 2013 for over £1,500,000 but he died not much even land so you'd be better off drilling through and living inside the mountain to avoid air strikes. There's a small cottage and castle ruins. His brother David Kennedy, 9th Marquess of Ailsa, would be the one to contact.

Every single uninhabited desert island is a nation-owned nature preserve or limited visitation by license. Everything seems to be taken. The only remaining solution I can think of is the unlikely task of building underwater bio-domed cities, as 71% of Earth is ocean. They're not impossible. There are above land bio-domes in Montreal, Budapest, Iceland and minor biosphere gardens are being experimented with and Jacques Cousteau's grandson Fabien is having a $135 million underwater station built with an annual $3 million cost to maintain.

Or we could simply band together and gain numbers until we're large enough to take back the nations stolen from us.
