I don't know who Magat is really. DDG search found on state.gov that he is in "partial custody".
In the same Wikipedia article that election data was published they also list the changes in the name of the party. The changes suggest to me that the party is increasingly centered around the person of Kotleba. This might not sit well among all the voters, they could support an ideology or a cause but might not want to be a fanboy of one particular person. This could be one cause of plummeting popularity.
Beyond this, could be possible that the party was used during previous elections to draw votes away from the long reigning Fico and his SMER? And now as the political will behind this dissipated (for whatever reason), most their voters went and supported SMER?
I'm just really speculating I've relatively little knowledge about the situation in Slovakia. Bits and pieces.
