The whole 10 range is private IP block. So 10.X.X.X is all private IP -- it only exists for LAN not WAN, though can be routed via NAT if the router is setup to do so (like across two private sites separated by public internet), through a gateway.

192.168.X.X seems to be a lot more common, at least in older / professional setups for the choice of private network... but is a much smaller block.

USA is so boss though, most federal agencies just use their massive public IP blocks as private ips, just disable external NATing.
