to fix a bread in the future. note a bread id, in this example it's "26101". go to any thread that exists, open a web console and type this snippet:

of course replacing 26101 with a bread id (it's the first post id btw not #9446). now try to reply in this thread you are in and you should reply in a BREAD therefore triggering the server to create the page and fix the 404 issue
