If it exists it is said to be on the deepweb. I will not look for it on tor search because that just seems like a bad idea. We are told first of all they have everything. Nothing is lost. They have it so its on the darkweb supposedly and only vetted personnel or whatever can watch it. Probably one reason why its there. I think there is a wildcard factor in that they leaked it there hoping someone would leak it. If that is true then its potentially part of a wildcard hoping some nut or grey-hat leaks it. Who knows this is all so big the knowledge of such a video true or not strikes a knowing fear in the nation. faked 4chan screenshots hurt and dilute a lot of it. i will say that whomever is able to release it may have to blur and censor certain nudity and violence im sure based on basic common sense. Beyond that i think simply the sound of such an atrocity would do a lot with still images of huma and co in robes etc (or crazed in general). However it comes out im sure its real because its a re-occurring theme in some of the symbolism of the global cult.
The handling of the truth was not necessarily in regard to the hrc video. (if it even fucking exists). The truth i suspect and fear is that such events are so commonplace and widespread that it would cause mass hysteria. actual hysteria not like they say with the satanic panic and pizzagate. Such hysteria would be from having a veil completely removed that most people would see their lives unravel in such a way they feel stuck. Plus it could extend to exopolitics as-well you think adrenochrome is it alien food? Things like that have to be held at bay im sure.
