PapaD is very knowedgable. That said, Russia looks out for Russia and China looks out for China. The dynamic of trade agreements vs change in alliances are not the same. From the outside it may look this way but the real issue is emerging markets have tanked and they are looking for new ways to save their own markets. Growth all around has tanked and the US continues to cause this problem. Are they going to gang up on the US, together, no. Just my opinion.
