This is in regards to the Amendments to the WHO's International Health Regulations which they've submitted for approval on January 15th in opposition to the public will (Pretty undemocratic huh?.

While I've said this before, this isn't in regards to the "Pandemic Treaty" as it's simply a modification of the WHO's International Health Regulations, which was agreed to by the united States as a sole executive agreement as of July 18, 2007: They already exist and are legally-biding and these amendments would become binding without a new treaty -- If the propoised amendments are presented to the 76th World Health Assembly (Sunday May 21-30, 2023) they could be adopted by a simple majority of the 194 member nations.

The proposed amendments would

1. Change the WHO from an advisory organization that merely makes recommendations as a governing body to a governing body who's proclamations would be legally-blinding (Article 3).

2. Greatly expand the scope of the International Health Regulations to include scenarios that merely have a "potential to impact public health" (Article 2) that would still be legally binding to all nations involved: They could effectively declare such emergencies and make other nations comply with their dictates.

3. Seek to remove "respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people." -- and yes, they actually said that (Article 3).

4. Give the WHO the authority to require medical examinations, proof of vaccine and other prophylaxis, implement contact tracing, quarantine, and mandatory treatment (i.e. with or without your consent), as well as institute a system of global health certificates in digital or paper format to maintain compliance with this, including passenger locator forms (Articles 18, 23-24, 27-28, 31, 35-36, and 44, and annexes 6, 7 and 8).

5. Redirect unspecified billions of dollars to the big Pharma with no accountability (Article 44A)

6. Allow the disclosure of personal health care data (Article 45) which would be contrary to various medical-privacy laws.
