I don't think it's just one individual that is targeted, it's more like certain Westerners, maybe even Muslims too, we don't know for sure but gathering genetic data on a mass scale can be (and probably will be) used to create ethnic-based bioweapons. They could create a virus that targets certain groups of people, or they could taint "vaccines" (the trojan horse) to do the same. Remember, this is about euthanasia and population reduction/control. If they find you belong to some undesired tribe or ethnic group that threatens their agenda they can and probably will be targeting you and your kind.
