Anon, I'm a bit older than you, but sick, unemployed, on SSDI, and nearly a total hermit now, too. I hate how everything is and am just frustrated with life. I sleep most of the day, though that's a medical problem for me.
First thing you gotta do is take care of yourself. Ask God for the right job, and go from there. Routine helps, even if you are a hermit.
