fren, I come to you humbly with this appeal. I am healthy and feel great, I'm early-30s-anon. I am straight and use my ass for sitting and pooping only, no funny stuff ever. But lately my asshole chronically itches. I have tried water and bath salts, oils, moisturizers other recommended topical care.. only treats symptoms.. it comes and goes indifferently, persistently and often.. again I'm in wonderful health otherwise, I stay hydrated, I have a mix of paleolithic diet and 20% eating out. Moderate alcohol and tobacco although diet/drink/smoke seem unrelated as I am able to and forced to take breaks.

But could it be parasites?
