I bet they are preparing for a false flag nuclear attack to blame Russia or China. In such an event it's highly advised not to panic or obey any evacuation orders, just lay low and have those guns nearby. I do not put it past them to stage WWIII as they bring in their "Great Reset" agenda, forced relocation by some kind of "emergency" declaration.
