Fla. Const., Art. 1, Sec. 20 . Treason. —Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against it, adhering to its enemies, or giving them aid and comfort, and no person shall be convicted of treason except on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or on confession in open court.

Fla. Stat. 876.32 Treason. —Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against the same, or in adhering to the enemies thereof, or giving them aid and comfort.

B) attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the United States by way of rigging the 2020 election cycle and implementing a process by which to rig every subsequent election?
