An election cyber security firm in Palo Alto, CA warned both legislators and Raffensperger in 2019 that Dominion produces a paper ballot with a QR Code that violates GA law aka HB316 that requires voters be able to validate their ballot.

They knew Dominion violated Georgia law, yet they purchased it anyway.
