REVISITING THIS FOR NEW EYES:
Was going thru Q drops and this post, 2800, was linked to by Q. The anon was speculating about high values arriving by boat for possible under-the-radar meeting to be held at CH. It reminds one of this 24LONDON pic which by coincidence matches the Millbank building lights for LISAMI6. Although a time lapse pic, it seems to catch the paths of two vessels’ boat wakes as they pull in from to shore. Their wake paths would appear to originate from downriver, toward the sea. The two vessels have no running lights on yet appear to be making propeller wakes behind them. Just arrived? One appears alongside TATTERSHALL CASTLE. One of them to transport; the other, which has the appearance of a river patrol vessel, perhaps there for security escort?
