Just watched Hellraiser Judgment and it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Very low budget, a little too short and shallow, but I liked how it went with the cenobites are demons angle and how the protags were detectives (as opposed to the LGBTQIAP+ rebellious teenagers in the newest one). I'm not sure about the ending though, it felt like they tried too hard to make it "big" and have something important happen and it felt forced and disrespectful of the franchise. Also the MC could've used a lot more depth, whoever wrote the script doesn't really know how to do insane characters I think, but the fact that those are my biggest complaints should tell you that the movie was pretty good overall by Hellraiser standards. More soulful than the newest one (if not as flashy or as meticulously crafted) and much, much better than Hellworld
