my dad is considering buying a Fiat Uno because one of his neighbors is practically giving it away for $200. obviously it doesn't run, seemingly because of a problem with the injection. hard to lose money with a price like that though, even if it turned out that he couldn't get it to start or there were too many other issues you could probably make most of it back just selling it as scrap lol
