Higher or purer energies have a chance to "melt" old "stuck" energies or "karma". And when energetically something happens the physical follows it one way or the other.

I am also doing this but in a different way... I channel "paradise" energies from the "heavens" (mostly from Shiva's place currently and it's not stealing he wants me to learn to create an "auric" paradise but not with raw energy because I tend to go crazy from that) so the bad energies are sometimes attracted to me because they want to "reach the heavens". And as they come to me they get purified. Sometimes the energies are real "solid" and I need to concentrate on it.

But while you release traumas I sorta "pacify" and dissolve them.
You probably get that result because your technique makes a sudden change in the energies and sudden energy change always make a more visible reaction.

Tho it's interesting how it's always an old grudge in your case.

Maybe I should learn something like that too. I am good making people say what I want to hear but not good making them say what is on their mind.
