Many times it has happened to me that I would "think up" some epiphany about some esoteric topic, only to shortly afterwards find a book which explains it in eerily similar terms and expands on it.
It has just occurred to me that what might be happening is that I'm getting into contact either with the dead writers of such books or beings who transmit that knowledge to me and then send me to the books in an attempt to make me understand the deeper concepts that I was unable to grasp psychically.
