It isn't, it's a process that should have been done at age 4, but extreme retardation created by the welfare system which "prevents pain" won't let them grow naturally. So menstruation ends only when they degrade and all eggs are gone. This process energetically should be done by the time the brain is developed, at age 4. I know I've said this over and over, but menstruation is abnormal, it shouldn't exist.

There are records from UK that some women had no menstruation until age 25 in the late 1800s, and this is still the case in Russia for some. It shows the extent of the degeneration when menstruation first appears, then crawl down in age more and more. Some now have it at 10.

It's also well known that menstruating women weren't allowed at buddhist temples, this is now interpreted as them having to leave during menstruation, but it was about not allowing biologically degenerated or retarded women.
