Kundalini vs kundabufferFor reference on the concept, which I do not consider well understood or explained anywhere, just as he does not understand that
Kundalini is the spine when viewed from the perception of a yogi who can also see its other-dimensional qualities:

the genitals, when viewed as a complete system integrating both its external gendered version and its innate opposite. That is the
Kundabuffer.My view on this:
Having an awakened spine means that it is functioning correctly with all nerves being active. This leads to communication with the major organs, out of which the gut is the most important. As the functioning of the gut is perceived at an early age, different sensations are related to its function and these are soon automated by being inserted as "programming" in the gut-brain, the autonomous nervous system which represents a certain "thinking" ability of the gut. But if there is a lack of certain stimulation, not all functions are automated and the person will "feel like something is lacking in my life", and they may seek all kinds of stimulation, including drugs and various degeneracies.
What is really lacking, is the experience of having consumed food at various stages of refinement. That is all. Some people go to travel and eat other kinds of food, but in modern society they are all refined and processed to the same degree, so the experience missing is not achieved, and the gut is still missing data on how to function. This causes a mental strain when certain processes cannot be automated, the brain adapts a permanent function of maintaining the gut instead of higher thought processes. This is the "septic tank brain" which I talked of before. To aid these people who cannot function normally, various "thinking aids" are created, such as books with manuals, electronic calculators, rulesets, procedure documents etc.
The Kundabuffer when functioning correctly is also programmed and automatic. When it is not, part of the brain needs to still maintain its function, and this also causes stress, but not relating to the gut, but to the genital system. For women this leads to menstruation, which is an abnormal state.
https://en.daoinfo.org/wiki/Cutting_the_Red_Dragon"Cutting the Red Dragon" ( 斬赤龍 zhan chilong ) is a term of Feminine Alchemy ( 女丹 nüdan ). In the cultivation of Feminine Alchemy, menses are compared to the "red dragon". Physiologically speaking, a fundamental difference between females and males is that the former has menstruation. The Daoist Pristine Cultivation Sect ( 清修派 qingxiu pai ) believes that unceasing menstruation will result in failure in Inner Alchemy ( 內丹 neidan ) cultivation. Therefore, for a Feminine Alchemy practitioner, the first barrier to be passed is to stop menstruation, namely "Cutting the Red Dragon". Menses are compared to "red dragon" because it is red.
