The connection of the root chakra(1) and 3rd eye chakra(6) was something I worked with for a long time without making any mental connection as to why this correlation existed. It seems the process which is described in various texts, including I think, in Taoism, is the same as this. It uses various ways of talking about "nourishing the brain" or "lifting some material", but the physical process in modern language where we don't mention mystical alchemical processes, is simply "at the edge of orgasm, suppress the genital reflex and let the built-up tension move to the brain, where it is entirely contained and expressed". This causes the very strong force which would otherwise create a muscle reflex pattern to instead move to the pineal gland in the middle of the brain, where "a flower" of new nerve/dendrite connections are made.

When compressed, and the understanding of the "love" aspect of the heart chakra is rich, both parties can be in complete agreement and still perform the same procedure, where the female is completely passive and feel nothing, but the male has also no interest in the process, acting like "a cold psychopath" sexually. But it's fine because neither of them care about it other than for producing a child.
When the heart chakra is then no longer evolved or used to form this contract, everything collapses. What you have left are women genetically tuned to agree to "rape" while men are tuned to perform the "rape" for the continuation of the race. But there is now no love each other, so they have no way to overcome the function being a function.
