Interesting find. On the old 8chan anyone could claim any board provided the owner hadn't logged in in a while. It's how some of Smiley's boards got "stolen" until his Skype friend Fredrick Brennan restored the ownership after he cried.
Maybe this emeralddragon just saw some boards ready to be grabbed.
