I once had one, an old house built back in the 60s nothing that special, next to a small man-made lake on the outskirts of a boom town. The booming population later turned that town upside down as crime significantly increased so I bailed and sold it.

If they come from a wealthy family they can become just as fucked up on drugs and binge drinking. Seen this dozens of times in my life. Spoiled lazy kids ruining their lives making bad stupid decisions.
