It was a lot worse for us before we put an end to intrusive thoughts. They would use our mindvoice flavor and say insulting things at exactly the wrong time to maximize damage.

We came up with a rule so basically if one of us said something bad, we would have to confirm that yes it was us. Well no one ever did, or at least very rarely and only legitimately. Apparently the intrusive thought generator didn't have that trolling capability one level down.

It was really tearing up my relationship with Bear as it was almost always him and me partially because I was the most active and his favorite and partially because I was boisterous or snarky or whatever anyway.

I'd say for those who didn't figure that out it could have gotten pretty dark.
