Yeah we gotta focus on the most important stuff to buy right now. Also we'll have to see how high our reward is before deciding what we can or can't buy. Don't forget we have to collect that!

I don't think we have a lot to sell except Cat's shovel but couldn't we set up a cooking business and sell Cat's rations? I don't know how much she could produce with her 2 pots and our help per day but it should at least be able to finance our living costs.

Keep in mind I'm a monk focusing on mobility, surprise attacks and unarmed close combat not a ranged attacker. I can't use 2-handed or heavy weapons so I can't use bows or crossbows!
Hence my first idea was 2 spears and the darts.
The spear is the best monk weapon there is, 1d8 piercing with versatile. Darts are only 1d4 piercing but there's nothing else. Well a sling has greater range. It would be possible to carry something like 1 spear and 4 javelins with 1d6 piercing but that makes me a walking hedgehog. Wait that's actually cool!

So maybe I'd buy 4 javelins for 2gp.

Ranged attacks on me are a problem until I can use DEFLECT MISSILE but that's how it is.
