Yes, this is correct. For some reason I thought you were tiny compared to the Goblin Boss like the wasps are. You need to be within one size and you are technically the same size, medium. He shouldn't have been able to get up without throwing you off. He can attack while prone and grappled though can't change weapons. He would get a disadvantage on attacks. So ignore that he stood up and Ashley could still pounce on him if he's prone. She gets grapple and shove in one action with pounce and a bonus attack if she hits. That's the Alice combo with one move.
