It's a ring or clock that goes counterclockwise. Also the months are not equal. Jan begins counterclockwise from 6h. Mar is at 3h, June at 2h, end of July marks 12h, August ends at 11h. End of October is 9h. So spring is extremely compressed while autumn is stretched. I can't say it has any colors, but those in the pic are definitely very wrong.
