One before walking to the gym this morning, basically my equivalent to a preworkout drink. One with breakfast and I just had one recently, I'm still hungry but I'm trying to hold off until lunch, which will just be a big pot of porridge then probably nothing for dinner or maybe something light and healthy if it's quick enough.
