Hmm... but it thickens it up you say without having to add cornstarch, or flour roux base.
So now I want to experiment with doing it in an Instapot, and just liquidizing the fuck out of em to make a creamier stew.

For instance, next week I plan on making a sweet corn soup kinda deal, and it'll require reserving an amount to blend/food processor into a creamy base to thicken the rest of it. And I HATE doing that shit, it's so annoying.
