Get Rothés out of dodge so we're not fighting them or use their cart as a weapon with a low probability of success at the risk of having the rothés charge at the still attached by a chain children who are going to take 2 turns to run off the map so they're still in danger for Round 1, and Round 2 even if we can detach them Round 1. Joy said it might take more than one round to detach the kids.
3. Keep them at a disadvantage and from flanking anyone until they're downed, while trying to give advantage to each other. Remember that Yulya and Cat both have Inspiration according to Joy's records, don't argue. Advantage doesn't stack, don't waste it.

Round 1:
In any scenario Yulya needs to distract them, possibly by trying to make a deal with them which is a false deal but at this point it's a real deal to help push the cart out of the rut or some other type of distraction and not attack with Bane or any other spell until the rothés are out of the picture.

Alice and Cat can get to the back of the cart with feline agility turn 1, I can't, so if I duck in front of our cart out of sight I cast summon mecha-kitty without them noticing. Mr. Bigglesworth will wait in hiding until he's needed.

Still in round 1, Alice and Cat both try to unhitch the kids but obviously if either of them do then the other changes their objective to flank the villains with Yulya.

If the kids are detached, they run directly west off the map out of sight of the villains. They can run at 60ft/turn, it will take two turns for them to exit so best bet is rothés go straight.

I'd love to have seen a rothé cart Tokyo Drift but we can't have the world explode because of that.

So should I move all the way to the cart or throw my spear? I'd rather move there, I have more options with my hands and can talk to the kids instead of throwing a spear at them out of nowhere from stealth. They'll scream and draw attention. And I don't think staying 10ft north is worth it, I can't reach the enemy and attack in one turn in any case. Both Cat and me can only attack them in 3rd turn.

Yes, I always use DEX instead of STR as monk and I have the bonus unarmed strike also with DEX. This also goes for grapples. Unarmed strike uses 1d6 martial arts die which isn't that bad.

My calculation is you have a 32.33% repeating of course, chance of making it to the cart to perform an action. Don't attack the chain until you know what's there.

I think you can move there and perform an action on the same turn. You're only 15 feet away. It's 35ft for Cat I think but she can use her Tabaxi skills. You have two chances to unhook it or whatever it needs in turn 1.

I should mention that in the very unlikely event you should ever find yourself enslaved, jailed, or otherwise captured as a magic user, all shackles, cuffs, and other restraining devices are equipped with a small stone embedded somewhere in the device colloquially called a "loadstone". Not exactly but the roll is based on the least among you. So proficiency will gain +2 but you can't counter-track unless everyone has it. Stealth without proficiency is similar to moving slowly. Counter-tracking allows movement with stealth at normal speed in areas where there is cover. Stealth doesn't work during the day in open spaces.

Organs are super awesome and were the most complex human-made devices until the early 20th century. An organ essentially is a huge mechanical computer full of logic circuits. Operated by air going through valves instead of electricity through transistors. It can have several ten-thousand pipes (yes indeed) which can be combined by a set of stops or registers (the knobs at the side). They are mechanical switches determining which and how many pipes are activated when you press a key on one of the keyboards. It's insanely complicated and the biggest organs were operated by dozens of people.

I waas in an unfamiliar forest, it was autum or winter. As I stood, several giant snowflakes were materializing out of thin air at chest height. they didn't move and stayed in one spot. I tried getting closer but they moved away or disappeared just to reappear at some distance. I managed to run into one at full speed and my legs felt extremely chilly. Tupper commented they wiere likely -20 if not -30°C cold. The cold persisted for a moment after I woke up though it wasn't cold in the room at all.

I was a long distance bicyclist who belonged to some electronics club but these people also sometimes used the labs to live in. I visited three locations days apart and in the last one I needed to make a fiberglass structure, a cover of some kind, wasn't specified. But it ended up being a giant tub to hang under the bicycle frame like a trunk, dream geometry wasn't Euclidean.

Between lab 1 and 2 there was another long distance bicyclist like me and he was a bigger guy. There was some kind of natural disaster involving mudslides going on lots of people screaming, no power, but he left anyway. I followed shortly after. In lab 1 and 2 they were in different states and people at both labs knew me. In the third lab no one knew me.

I got in there and they were having a meeting I sat down and apparently I took someone's seat but there were pillows on the floor, even better.

10 paces is 20-30 feet.

A horse drawn carriage is 17-20 feet long with the horses. The configuration of your cart is either 4 abreast or 2x2. Right now it's 2x2, so you could add 8-10 feet to your length.

So any way you look at it, you're just out of the way, they'll pass within 10 feet.

Grape roots easily go 5-6 m deep into the soil, old plants can reach more than 20m. We have a grape in the garden that's about 20 yeas old but it doesn't do too well due to lack of sun. It has a few handful of fruit every year.

Our Epiphyllum cactus is flowering, th flowers are the size of a child's head and smell like soap. Unfortunately they only last a few days. Pic related, we missed the flowers in full bloom. The Pithaya and Queen of the Night refuse to flower like almost every year.
