found the cheexe i lost in the freexer. I think the rubicon red is not suited for general purpose cheexe and will have to do for crackers only. This means I will be eating it for the next six months and i have already put 80% in the freexer where it shouldnt go, really. cheexe should be at room temperature, because it is a cultured food. dead things go in the freexer.
