Drinking alcohol once in a while makes me stay happy too, I don't see alcoholism as a major problem unless you are drinking all the time, every single day. You can still be an alcoholic and have limits and be responsible. I choose to drink hard liquor only at night, every other night. I'll mix myself a drinky poo once in a while too if I desire to have a small nip and relax.
