just sorta relaxing right now, taking it as easy as i can
got some shit done on my cataloging & design, pretty proud of it, by all means not perfect, yet none truly is
i made the fish sauce based sauce, it was okay, very funky-tasting, but its alright if you're used to asian cooking
i finally got some food outta the airfryer, it was chicken breast; problem, it was dry on the outside, and very moist, to the point of being wet on the inside
its fully cooked, but to me, at least, disgusting; i believe i'll have to butterfly the breasts to make them cook to my preference of texture & taste

i'm not exactly one for capsicum spice, however, i'll try that
i'm someone who likes dill, so i'm going to make a dill-heavy sauce next
i've yet to try schezwan, i hope to attain a fair amount of it to add to a sauce, to see what i can do with it
