Not that hand lover or whatever, but looking at her hands, they do show enough pudge to be her. The nails in her Ahri pictures were slightly shorter, but they could grow. And she had them more squared and the polish splotchy at best. But nothing says she couldn't have gotten a manicure.
That's definitely not her room, but I thought she was traveling, so that doesn't rule it out.
What does make me think it's not her is the line on the neck. Either she's tensing her neck really hard or it's someone quite a bit older than Bon.
