The development issue didn't exist in 2022 or 2023, so that's a new bug, and the contract offer didn't exist but that's because 2024 has a new contract system where they can make counter-offers.

I could manually do every race and just intentionally destroy Pulling's strategy so she always comes second to Florsch, but that's a lot of effort for a bad gimmick post.
