Shamsud Din Jabbar and Matthew Livelsberger were both stationed together at "Fort Bragg" Army Base in North Carolina, and thenafter both joined the "Masjid Bilal Mosque" together within the "Islamic Society of Greater Houston"(ISGH) of North Houston Texas.
