Let's pipe it down just a bit, is my humble suggestion.
I've seen several indications that POTUS' tweets sometimes correlate (too) well with posts made on /qr/ or here.
Given NSA/MIL might be involved, it doesn't even have to be (public app) tweetdeck -- they have means & brains to write their own, and securely so to facilitate comms ....
Just my two cents.
